Civil Design Concepts, P.A., is a multi-disciplinary civil engineering consulting firm providing civil engineering design services throughout Western North Carolina. Christopher Eller, the Principal, has lived and worked in Western North Carolina for most of his life, instilling a personal desire that development in the area has a positive impact on future generations.

Our team is composed of engineers and technical and construction administration staff, with a broad range of experience in site planning, engineering and construction oversight. These diverse backgrounds allow us to take a team approach to problem solving.

The mountains of Western North Carolina present an often-challenging topography, and we strive to minimize impact on the land while maximizing the use and benefit of the property.
